Refund Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all dumplings are sold as frozen raw meat products and must be handled in accordance with food safety regulations.

Once delivery has been completed, refunds cannot be issued under any circumstances.

Orders close 72 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date each month. Any orders placed after this 72-hour cut-off window cannot be refunded and will automatically be scheduled for delivery in the following month.

If you believe there is an issue with your order upon arrival (e.g. damaged packaging), please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with supporting photos so we can assess the matter. However refunds will be at our discretion.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy (One-Time Orders)

If you need to cancel your order, cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to your scheduled delivery date.

If cancellation is requested 7 days or more before delivery, a full refund will be issued.

Cancellations made 7 days or less prior to delivery are non-refundable, as production and preparation will have already commenced.

Subscription Cancellation Policy

Our dumpling subscription service can be paused or cancelled at any time; however, the following guidelines apply:

• Changes or cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to your next scheduled delivery date.
• If cancelled within the 7-day window, the upcoming order will still be processed and delivered, and the cancellation will take effect the following cycle.
• No refunds will be issued once a subscription order has entered the 7-day production window.

Subscribers are responsible for managing their subscription prior to the cut-off dates.
