Hi! I'm Sophia (Phi). The owner and founder of Phi's Food. Recipe developer of "Just Dumplings".
I have been making dumplings for many years which started as a small hobby and has now evolved into a full time business thanks to the heaps of support I have received. I am- and will always be; a big feeder, bold personality and the local crazy dumpling lady.
My food is rooted in my values and these dumplings are designed to be healthy, fresh and full of flavour.
We all like the idea of freezer food- but I want to eliminate the processed nature of it. Your quick & easy go-to doesn't have to be bad for you. I introduce to you... guilt free eating! So I've designed something to help us families, working folk and everyday busy people to eat quick; but eat clean.

If you're looking for something delicious and different for your next brunch special, food festival or private catering you know where to go! Think: a few beers or Margs in the sun, delicious dumplings on tap. Great music. What more could you want! We offer menus from small simple tapas bites- to full tasting menu & dining concepts. DUMPLING CATERING
Perfect for corporate events, parties- or simply you want to do something a little different for your next get-together with friends! Our ethos is all about bringing people together through food- so why not break the ice with dumplings! A crowd-pleasing savoury delight. We can tailor our dumpling catering services to suit your needs. So, go crazy- let your imagination run wild! Wedding dumpling cart? You got it... Dumpling birthday party? It's genius... Dumplings for dogs? I'm working on it...

Catch me at local Farmers markets that showcases some amazing local talent. Bourton on the Water, Cirencester & Moreton in Marsh. Our social media has regular updates of our whereabouts so catch me when you can! We offer our dumplings available to buy frozen on the day ready to take home and stash away; and/ or a hot cosy portion to eat whilst you browse. After you've tasted them be prepared to want a few bags to take home! You'll probably hear me from the next town over!

The farming industry is facing increasing challenges, and it’s vital that we support the farmers and local businesses as much as we can. By choosing local, we help protect the people and the land. Fuelling our inner communities.
Here in the Cotswolds, we’re incredibly lucky to have some of the finest produce right on our doorstep. Currently we work with Old Farm Dorn, Vegetable Matters & R&D Walker to make these pockets of joy.
I'm always collaborating with other amazing businesses- little gems you find along the way- at markets & events. We’re proud to work with local farms and small businesses, celebrating their care, hard work, and exceptional ingredients in every dumpling we make.

From festivals and events to vending machine partnerships and limited-edition dumpling collaborations, we’re always open to new ideas (especially the quirky ones). A recent favourite was our Venison & Tamarind Christmas dumpling, created with AGM Venison.
