This is exactly how I make my dumplings at home, and it is the same way you will see me cooking them at markets and over on my social media. Simple, honest, and full of flavour.
All you need is a non stick pan with a lid, a splash of oil, and a little heat. That is it. You can make them anywhere, whether it is a quick midweek dinner or a relaxed weekend meal with everyone gathered around the table.
They are made to fit into real life. You can boil them straight into your favourite soup, add them to noodle or ramen bowls, air fry them, deep fry them, steam them, stir them through curries, especially Thai curries, or even pop them on the BBQ. However you cook at home, they will find their place.
They are a versatile freezer staple, ready for experimenting, sharing, and becoming part of those last minute, throw together dinners that somehow turn into the meals everyone remembers.
Once they are cooked, the fun really begins. Toss them in sweet chilli, teriyaki, sriracha, perinaise, or keep them just as they are. There is no wrong way.
Every frozen bag comes with two dipping sauces, carefully made to perfectly match these little pockets of joy. They are simple food, made to bring people together. Stay posted on our social media pages for meal inspiration, event updates and a glimpse into the world of Phi's Food!
