These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through the Phi’s Food Ltd website.
1. Company Information

2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use this website.
3. Minimum Order Value
A minimum order value of £30 applies to all purchases, excluding delivery fees unless otherwise stated. Orders below this amount cannot be processed.
4. Products and Food Safety
Our products are supplied as frozen raw meat food items.
By placing an order, you agree that you are responsible for:

Ensuring someone is available to receive delivery or that a suitable safe place is provided

Promptly transferring products to a freezer upon delivery

Following all cooking, handling, and storage instructions provided
Delivery is considered complete once the order has been delivered to the address provided, including any designated safe place.
Once delivery has been completed, all risk and responsibility for the goods transfers to the customer.
Phi’s Food Ltd accepts no liability for any issues arising from improper storage, handling, or cooking of products after delivery.
5. Order Cut Off
Orders close 72 hours prior to the scheduled monthly delivery date.
Orders placed after this cut off:

Cannot be cancelled or refunded

Will automatically be scheduled for the following month’s delivery
6. Delivery
Deliveries are scheduled for the second Saturday of each month. Friday and Sunday may also be used to complete deliveries where required.
Delivery dates are estimates and may be subject to change due to circumstances beyond our control.
We deliver only to selected postcodes within the Cotswolds. Full details are available on our Delivery Information page.
If delivery fails due to:

Customer unavailability
-
Unsafe or inaccessible delivery location
-
Incorrect address details
no refund will be issued.
7. Safe Place Deliveries
If a safe place is nominated, the customer accepts full responsibility for the order once it has been delivered to that location.
Phi’s Food Ltd is not responsible for loss, theft, or temperature change after delivery to a safe place.
8. Cancellations for One Time Orders
Orders may be cancelled up to 7 days prior to the scheduled delivery date for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 7 days of delivery are non refundable, as preparation and production will have commenced.
9. Subscription Terms
By purchasing a subscription, you agree to recurring monthly payments.
Subscriptions may be cancelled or paused at any time, provided changes are made at least 7 days before the next scheduled delivery date.
If cancellation is made within 7 days of delivery:

The upcoming order will still be processed and delivered

Cancellation will take effect from the following billing cycle
No refunds will be issued once an order has entered the 7 day production window.
10. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
Payments are processed securely via third party payment providers.
We reserve the right to update prices at any time. Subscription customers will be notified of any changes prior to the next billing cycle.
11. Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our products, refunds cannot be issued once delivery has been completed.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery and provide photographic evidence.
All claims are assessed on a case by case basis.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
12. Consumer Cancellation Rights
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the standard 14 day cancellation right does not apply to perishable goods, including food products.

Our products may contain or come into contact with all major allergens.

Customers are responsible for reviewing this information before purchase.
14. Right to Refuse or Cancel Orders
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to cases involving:

Product unavailability
Where payment has already been taken, a full refund will be issued.
15. Website Use
You agree not to misuse this website. This includes introducing viruses, attempting unauthorised access, or using the website for unlawful purposes.

If you create an account on this website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and for all activities that occur under your account.

18. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Phi’s Food Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss.
Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the goods purchased.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded.
19. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, road conditions, illness, or supply chain disruption.

Complaints Summary
We take great care in preparing and delivering our frozen dumplings. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos where relevant.
As our products are frozen raw meat items, we cannot accept complaints relating to improper storage, incorrect cooking, or change of mind after delivery.
We aim to respond to all complaints within 2 working days and will work with you to provide a fair resolution where appropriate.
Your statutory rights under UK consumer law remain unaffected.
